How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate service, provide requested technical documents, improve the website and comply with legal or business-record requirements. Polytroniks does not sell submitted information.
Limited sharing
Information may be shared with authorised Polytroniks personnel, service providers or relevant OEM and supply partners only where reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfil the request. Avoid uploading unrelated personal, export-controlled or highly sensitive information.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
International processing and cookies
Some hosting, software, OEM or supply partners may process information outside Singapore. Reasonable safeguards should be applied through the final service configuration. The website may use essential and analytics cookies; consent controls will follow the production platform settings.
Access, correction and withdrawal
To request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable, contact sales@polytroniks.com. Withdrawal may affect our ability to respond or provide service. Effective date: 22 July 2026.
