Information that accelerates diagnosis
Provide the manufacturer, model, serial number, alarm code, supply and return temperatures, recent operating changes, photographs and a clear description of the production impact. Historical service information is especially useful.
Typical faults
Common issues include low flow, dirty heat exchangers, failed pumps, refrigerant leaks, compressor trips, sensor drift, control faults, electrical degradation, unsuitable fluids and operation outside the original design duty.
Repair or replace?
We consider equipment condition, parts availability, process criticality, efficiency, safety, future duty and replacement lead time. Repair, retrofit, overhaul or planned replacement can then be compared on operational value—not initial price alone.
