Testing applications

Typical duties include battery module and pack testing, thermal cycling, power-electronics validation, inverter cooling, motor test stands, charging-system development and environmental-chamber support.

Design around the test profile

The peak load alone may not define the chiller. Ramp rate, minimum temperature, test-fluid mixture, thermal mass, pressure drop, flow-control range, communications, emergency interlocks and heat rejection should be considered.

Integration and service

Polytroniks can coordinate OEM selection, custom hydraulic circuits, controls, factory validation and lifecycle maintenance so the thermal system becomes a dependable part of the test infrastructure.

Can you support glycol mixtures?+

Yes. Fluid concentration and low-temperature viscosity must be included in pump and heat-transfer calculations.

Can the chiller communicate with a test controller?+

Communication and remote-control options depend on the selected OEM and can be included in the requirements review.

Are custom temperature ranges possible?+

Yes. Wide and low-temperature ranges can be evaluated against the load profile and system architecture.
