Define the real duty
The confirmed engineering basis required at least 24 kW of cooling at -30°C and 50 Hz, with ±1.0°C temperature stability. The selected platform also provided a wider operating envelope and a 60 L/min flow point at -30°C and 100 psi for the documented duty.
Engineer for maintainability
Field learning was converted into practical improvements instead of treating every intervention as an isolated repair.
- Pressure-sensor upgrade intended to increase service life
- Dual-strainer kit allowing filter cleaning while supporting process uptime
- Copper-piping redesign to reduce transmitted vibration
Build a regional support path
The program covers 14 units in Singapore and 26 in Malaysia. Polytroniks provides local engineering ownership, coordination with the WIIP/Auwii OEM, service history and a pathway for onsite support, workshop work and future improvements.
